CEO and Chairman of the Management Board
Active customer management, leadership and a deep understanding of the industry characterize the father of three with a doctorate. Having worked for Vonovia and the Emeria Group, which operates throughout Europe, Dr. Ollig is a specialist in services and has a broad knowledge of the market. He is responsible for the entire operational business at CAPERA as well as the HR, Finance and Legal departments. He is also responsible for the strategic development of CAPERA.

Uwe Becker
CPO
As the newest member of the management team, the qualified property and housing industry businessman is largely responsible for the further development of our corporate strategy and the focus on our core business of residential and condominiums. At the same time, he is responsible for the further optimization of our service quality. His successful career in the real estate sector began back in 1994, since when he has worked as a managing director or in a managerial role for various well-known companies in the sector. The process specialist joined CAPERA in December 2023 and has been a member of the management team in the position of Chief Process Officer (CPO) since February 1, 2025.

As managing director and authorized signatory, the real estate specialist is responsible for the residential property management and condominiums for the north-east region. He can look back on 40 years of experience in the real estate business, including more than 20 years in management positions, some of them even as managing director. He also specializes in the optimization of processes.

Managing director/authorized signatory – business economist & real estate economist
The business economist and real estate economist is responsible at CAPERA for the areas of residential property management and condominiums for the south-west region. He got his start in the real estate business in 2006, initially as an independent estate agent. Shortly afterwards, he concentrated on administrative and management tasks. He moved to CAPERA in 2013. Here he was initially site manager for Essen and NRW, before moving to the management in 2023.

Willi Spandow
Managing director/authorized signatory – Business economist
The qualified business economist heads the Service Management division and is responsible for property, rent and company accounting, operating cost accounting, objection processing, rent adjustment, receivables management and purchaser accounting. He entered the real estate business almost at the end of his training, moved to CAPERA in a management position in 2019 and made the leap to management just one year later.

Managing Director/Authorized Signatory – Legal/Contract Management Division
The trained lawyer is responsible for legal affairs and contract management at CAPERA. He started as Junior Legal Counsel in CAPERA’s legal department in 2022, and just two years later he not only took over as head of the department, but also became a member of the Executive Board and was also granted power of attorney.

Head of Key Account Management/Sales
The qualified real estate specialist is responsible for Key Account Management/Sales at CAPERA and thus manages the customer business with a focus on sales. She can look back on 15 years of experience in the real estate business, including five years with management responsibility. She joined CAPERA in the summer of 2023 and made the leap to senior management just one year later.

Udo Schrötter
Managing Director – Technology / Graduate Engineer Building Technology
The qualified building services engineer is responsible for the technical division at CAPERA. After training as a wholesale/foreign trade clerk and then completing his studies, he began his career in the real estate industry in 2010 as a technical property manager for commercial properties. He then worked as a project manager in the field of technology, among other things. He has been working for CAPERA since 2021, most recently as a team leader in technical property management.

Our likeable Dino is deployed as CHO, Chief Happiness Officer, in all CAPERA business areas.
It celebrated its premiere at EXPO REAL 2022, which was also acclaimed by the international trade press. He is the only member of the management team who is also available as a fabric or cuddly version.
He not only impresses with his positive, green appearance, but also with his strong appearance, his assertiveness and above all with his big heart. That makes him like all of us. Except for the green, of course.
