If the windows are leaking, the drain no longer drains or the heating goes on strike in winter, then you want one thing above all else:

Fast and uncomplicated help. Please inform us of the damage or defect using our online form. This means that your damage report is officially documented and we can ensure that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible. After receiving your e-mail, the employee responsible for you will contact you by telephone (Monday, Tuesday and Friday 09:00 – 12:00 and Thursday 14:00 – 17:00)

Do you need help immediately? Then contact your responsible property manager by telephone. You will find the contact details on the official property notice board – usually on the first floor.

Please remember: if you fail to inform us of any damage to your home, you may be liable for the resulting consequences. So always let us know immediately!
