The application process.


Send application digitally

You can only apply online under our current vacancies. For unsolicited applications, please use this link. Please do not send applications to regular CAPERA e-mail addresses.


Confirmation of receipt

Our digital structure makes it possible. We will confirm by e-mail that your application, including your CV, salary expectations and possible starting date, has arrived safely.


Invitation to the interview

Patience is now required. But not very much. After 1 to 5 days, you will receive an invitation to an initial interview by e-mail. If it is not suitable, you will of course receive a rejection.


Virtual interview

The first interview between you and our HR department usually takes place online via a web meeting. In case of doubt, there is nothing to be said against a classic telephone call. Important: We take the time we need for each other.


Personal exchange on site

If the interview is successful and your application has made a good impression, we will invite you to a personal meeting at the relevant branch. Here you speak directly with your (potential) supervisor.


Contract offer

If the on-site interview is also successful, things get serious. We will send you a contract offer. Of course, we will give you the time you need to check it at your leisure. And then, ideally, we look forward to your signature.


Our preparations start

While you can simply look forward to your job at CAPERA after signing the contract, we start the preparations: for your (supervised) induction phase and the further planning of your career path at CAPERA.

The CAPERA working time models.

Core time

Our core hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm and Friday from 9.30 am to 2.00 pm. Work is compulsory during this time. Unless exceptional reasons (e.g. a business trip) make this impossible.


Our flexitime is Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. You can “accommodate” your daily working hours during this time. In other words: in addition to the core time, which is fixed, you can organize your day very flexibly.

Full and part-time

For a full-time position, we are talking about 40 hours per week. Of course, CAPERA also offers part-time positions or employment on an hourly basis, such as working students or temporary staff.

What are the working hours like?

Working for CAPERA? You can (almost) anywhere in Germany.

Our nationwide structure with 12 locations makes this possible. You can work for us almost anywhere in Germany. And because we are growing, we are looking for reinforcements at every location. It is also possible to switch between individual locations. Are you moving from the north to the south of Germany for personal reasons? CAPERA will gladly remain your employer.
