CAPERA continues to grow: more than 7,500 new management mandates in 2023

In the 2023 financial year, we achieved impressive growth as one of the leading service providers in the property management sector, despite the strategic consolidation of our client and mandate base. Our company was able to add more than 7,500 new units to its management portfolio. On balance, growth of 10 percent was achieved. This development is in line with the focus on a high-quality range of services and customer satisfaction.

With an increase in turnover of 12% to EUR 21.2 million, we are underlining our strong market position and the trust of our customer base. This success reflects the successful focus on institutional clients and the expansion in the regulated environment.
