With hectic Frankfurt right under its nose, our largest location enjoys the tranquillity of a medium-sized town and excellent transport links. There is no doubt about it, the Frankfurt-Süd highway junction is just a few minutes away. The modern office complex on Dornhofstrasse offers plenty of space for this. A spacious 900 square meters await around 40 employees on the 3rd floor. Neu-Isenburg is not only the largest CAPERA location, it is also the headquarters of our management. And even though our office is located in an industrial estate, there is plenty of greenery all around. A wooded area is right next door – perfect for a walk during your lunch break or a jog after work. And if you want to use your lunch break for a quick shop, you will also be well catered for: from everyday necessities, which can be done on foot, to fashion shopping in the nearby shopping center. And there is also affordable housing. Although the real estate market in the greater Frankfurt area is very tight, it is possible to find a nice home for a reasonable price in the small communities around Neu-Isenburg.

Our employment contracts are generally open-ended. Exception: The employment contracts of working students.
Can I choose the location I work for?
In principle, it is possible to choose a “preferred” location. You must discuss the details of this individually with our HR department.
Can I switch between locations?
As life sometimes requires a change of location, we offer the necessary flexibility. It is generally possible to switch between two locations at CAPERA.
How does the application process work?
The process is divided into seven steps: from sending your application digitally to starting the preparation for your individual onboarding. You will find a compact overview at the top of this website.
Will there be a personal interview?
The first meeting takes place via web meeting or telephone. If you confirm the good impression of your application in this interview, a further interview will follow directly on site – at the respective location – with your (potential) supervisor.
Can I apply for several jobs at the same time?
Very much so.
What documents are required for an application?
A complete CV, your salary expectations and the possible starting date are important. Applications from working students or temporary staff do not include salary expectations.
When can I expect a response to my application?
In 1 to 5 days you will either receive an invitation to an initial interview or a written rejection.
Are there special onboarding programs or induction phases?
In addition to our official Welcome Days, where we welcome all new employees at a small event, there are of course carefully coordinated and, above all, supervised induction phases. It is very important to us that you have the best possible start with us.
Are there opportunities for further training / targeted career development?
Yes, but never 08/15 or off-the-peg, but always individual. When you join our company, we will sit down with you and work out an individual career plan based on your wishes and goals. Based on this, we work with you to select the right training measures.
Is mobile working or working from home possible?
Our digital structures make it possible. You can also work for us on the move or from home.
What are the working hours like?
We have core working hours (Mon. – Fri. 9.30 am – 4.00 pm and Fri. 9.30 am – 2.00 pm) and flexitime from 7.00 am – 8.00 pm. This gives you the greatest possible flexibility.
