CAPERA on the podium again: 2nd place in the Property Management Report 2024

In this year’s Property Management Report by BELL Management Consultants, we were once again able to impress, securing 2nd place in the residential asset class. This continues our impressive run of success: Over the past six years, we have always managed to take one of the top two places – an achievement that is testament to exceptional quality and consistency.

A big thank you goes above all to our clients. “These great rankings are simply based on the fact that our clients rate us so highly. That’s a great thing,” says Managing Director Hardy Hünich.

From 2019 to 2024, we have won a total of three 1st place and three times 2nd place three times.
