CAPERA active at recruiting events: Successful start to 2024.
2024 started full of energy at CAPERA. In line with our growth strategy, we actively participated in recruitment events. In January, we presented ourselves at the bfw Seelingstädt in-house exhibition. There, we not only expanded our brand awareness, but also strengthened existing collaborations.
In particular, retrainees for industrial clerks and office management showed great interest in our company. Personal success stories from our employees Thomas Kratzmann and Nicole Lautenschläger inspired many visitors to the stand. You were the perfect example of how to get off to a successful start in our accounting department.
The pleasing consequence: in recent weeks, we have received numerous applications for internships and permanent positions. A big thank you to all the departments that accept and support interns.
We were also present at the job fair in Gera on January 27. Here, too, we attracted many interested parties. We not only spoke with potential applicants, but also with numerous parents who wanted to find out about training opportunities with their children.
“We want to expand the area of training in particular over the next few years,” reports HR Manager Katharina Rückert. “We are already training apprentices at almost all locations and are therefore making targeted investments in the future. We train for our own needs. Ideally, the trainee of today will be the manager of tomorrow.”
