Property Management Gewerbe: Uwe Becker takes over management.

Prominent new addition to CAPERA’s management team: Uwe Becker took over the management of the Property Management division at the beginning of December. The qualified property and housing industry businessman can not only look back on over 30 years of experience in the real estate business, during his successful career he has also worked significantly as a managing director or in a managerial position. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Operations at Belvona Service GmbH.

“In Uwe Becker, we have gained a proven specialist for the commercial property management sector,” says CAPERA Managing Director Hardy Hünich. “With his experience and contacts in the industry, he is exactly the reinforcement we were looking for in this growing area.”

Uwe Becker is also looking forward to his new role: “The success story that CAPERA has achieved over the past ten years is impressive. I am proud to be part of this team from now on.” With 70 employees, the commercial property management division is one of CAPERA’s largest units. And further growth cannot be ruled out. “I, too, am always primarily concerned with quality. But of course I want to continue to expand my area in close coordination with the management,” says Uwe Becker.
