CAPERA in Berlin: Alexander Prengel takes over site management.

The capital city location has a new boss. Alexander Prengel has been responsible for CAPERA in Berlin since December. The trained real estate and housing industry businessman and business administration graduate can look back on well over 20 years of experience in the real estate business. “I’m really looking forward to the job at CAPERA. The Berlin metropolitan region in particular offers exciting prospects,” says Alexander Prengel.

Most recently, Prengel successfully built up and subsequently headed the Commercial Property Management department at DIM Deutsche Immobilien Management Berlin GmbH. At CAPERA in Berlin, he and his 20-strong team will from now on be responsible not only for the fabric sector, but also for residential and condominium management. “It’s precisely the different topics that I find so appealing,” emphasizes Alexander Prengel, “CAPERA really does cover the entire spectrum as a service provider in the property management sector.”
