Number 1 in residential: CAPERA takes top spot in the Property Management Report 2023.

We are bursting with pride. In this year’s Property Management Report by BELL Management Consultants, we once again took first place in the residential asset class. This means that our clients have once again awarded us maximum competence as a property manager. We have had an impressive run over the past five years. After coming second in 2019 and 2020, we have now taken the top spot on the podium for the third time in a row.
