Living the onboarding culture: the CAPERA Welcome Day in Gera.

For the perfect start to your job: once a quarter, we invite our new colleagues to a big Welcome Day. This time, the meeting took place at our location in Gera. The agenda included an interactive workshop in which all of CAPERA’s business areas were presented. At the end of the day, there was a joint dinner – combined with the opportunity to review the day together.

“Even though this is only the second time we have held the Welcome Day, it has already become a fixed element in our company’s onboarding concept,” emphasizes Katharina Rückert, Head of HR at CAPERA. “We want our new arrivals to really arrive, to feel welcome and, above all, to have space for questions and discussions. That can easily get lost in the hectic pace of everyday life. That’s why the Welcome Day is the perfect format for us.”
