In any case, the structure of our office is designed for maximum communication: with plenty of space for regular exchanges. If required, this can also take place outdoors during the lunch break. Even though we are located in Arnulfstrasse in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the wonderfully relaxing Arnulfpark is right outside our office door. A real plus point, especially in spring and summer. Just like the supply situation: for our team of 10, there is the big culinary concert of wishes. The central bus station with its wide range of services is just a few seconds’ walk away, and even the main train station is only 10 minutes away. The central location also helps with quick shopping or after work: the supermarkets and drugstores have everything you need for your daily needs. And for those who like it traditional – CAPERA traditionally wears dirndls and lederhosen in September. The Theresienwiese with the legendary Oktoberfest is also just around the (office) corner.

Our 10-strong team is housed on two floors and a total area of 350m². The offices offer space for two to four colleagues. Perfect for anyone who wants to work in peace and quiet. Just as perfect for small teams who value intensive exchange. In addition, our Munich location is dominated by many glass fronts. The meeting room alone surprises with two large glass surfaces. This makes for a friendly and bright office environment and is certainly also a factor in the good atmosphere in the team. There are only closed doors here in absolute exceptions. Communication is the top priority.

Can I choose the location I work for?
In principle, it is possible to choose a “preferred” location. You must discuss the details of this individually with our HR department.
Can I switch between locations?
As life sometimes requires a change of location, we offer the necessary flexibility. It is generally possible to switch between two locations at CAPERA.
How does the application process work?
The process is divided into seven steps: from sending your application digitally to starting the preparation for your individual onboarding. You will find a compact overview at the top of this website.
Will there be a personal interview?
The first meeting takes place via web meeting or telephone. If you confirm the good impression of your application in this interview, a further interview will follow directly on site – at the respective location – with your (potential) supervisor.

Very much so.
What documents are required for an application?
A complete CV, your salary expectations and the possible starting date are important. Applications from working students or temporary staff do not include salary expectations.
When can I expect a response to my application?
In 1 to 5 days you will either receive an invitation to an initial interview or a written rejection.
Are there special onboarding programs or induction phases?
In addition to our official Welcome Days, where we welcome all new employees at a small event, there are of course carefully coordinated and, above all, supervised induction phases. It is very important to us that you have the best possible start with us.
Are there opportunities for further training / targeted career development?
Yes, but never 08/15 or off-the-peg, but always individual. When you join our company, we will sit down with you and work out an individual career plan based on your wishes and goals. Based on this, we work with you to select the right training measures.
Is mobile working or working from home possible?
Our digital structures make it possible. You can also work for us on the move or from home.
What are the working hours like?
We have core working hours (Mon. – Fri. 9.30 am – 4.00 pm and Fri. 9.30 am – 2.00 pm) and flexitime from 7.00 am – 8.00 pm. This gives you the greatest possible flexibility.
