Not only do over 100 colleagues work here on our joint success story, Gera is also the (main) location of our accounting department and our central inventory management. The heart of Germany’s quality leader in property management beats in the heart of Thuringia. And in a unique ambience: In the heart of the city center, our location occupies four floors of a legendary former cigar factory. Even though our offices meet the latest standards, the history of this building can be felt everywhere. And often visible. This is exactly what makes our location in Gera so special. It is also ideally located right on the edge of the city: even spontaneous shopping trips to the nearby shopping center are no problem during the lunch break. And even if glamor and big city flair are not really at home in Gera: The third largest city in Thuringia impresses with affordable rents, a quaint old town and plenty of nature – the excursion options in the region are almost limitless.

Every floor is different.

While the nostalgic flair clearly dominates the second floor of the former cigar factory, the second to fourth floors are much more modern in industrial style with lots of glass surfaces and generously proportioned meeting rooms. Communication and open, transparent cooperation characterize our working style. There are not only open space structures or open-plan offices. Single offices are also available – for focused work without any distractions. The large kitchen with adjoining lounge area is a popular meeting place during the lunch break.
