In good hands with us!

Please let us know your bank details.

It's simply part of the relationship between landlord and tenant. The exchange of bank details.

Just as you need our data to pay your rent and deposit, we also need your data. At the latest when we want to transfer any credit balance from the utility bill to you. Or – quite understandably – you would like to get your deposit back at the end of the tenancy.
It is even more convenient with a SEPA direct debit mandate. If you give us an official direct debit authorization, we will debit rent and other costs incurred directly from your account. We have provided the relevant form for you here.
