Your tasks as

  • Du begleitest den gesamten Vermietungsprozess – von der Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen über Besichtigungen bis hin zur erfolgreichen Übergabe der Immobilie.
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Mietinteressenten und berätst diese professionell und serviceorientiert bei der Auswahl passender Objekte.
  • Du koordinierst Besichtigungstermine, pflegst Interessentendaten und sorgst für einen strukturierten Ablauf aller Vermietungsprozesse.
  • Du präsentierst unsere Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien überzeugend und vermittelst die Besonderheiten sowie Potenziale der jeweiligen Flächen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und unterstützt dabei, passende Mieterlösungen für unsere Objekte zu finden.

Your requirements profile as

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Immobilienbereich oder in einem vergleichbaren wirtschafts- bzw. dienstleistungsnahen Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Vermietung, im Property Management, in der Immobilienverwaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit gesammelt.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne, denkst lösungsorientiert und liebst es, Deals erfolgreich abzuschließen. 
  • Du bist souverän, empathisch und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und ihre Bedürfnisse. 
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, weißt Prioritäten zu setzen und behältst auch bei hoher Nachfrage den Überblick. 
  • Bewerber mit Erfahrung aus angrenzenden dienstleistungsorientierten Bereichen sind ebenfalls willkommen

The application process

Send application digitally

You can only apply online under our current vacancies. For unsolicited applications, please use this link. Please do not send applications to regular CAPERA e-mail addresses.

Confirmation of receipt

Our digital structure makes it possible. We will confirm by e-mail that your application, including your CV, salary expectations and possible starting date, has arrived safely.

Invitation to the interview

Patience is now required. But not very much. After 1 to 5 days, you will receive an invitation to an initial interview by e-mail. If it is not suitable, you will of course receive a rejection.

4.

Virtual interview

The first interview between you and our HR department usually takes place online via a web meeting. In case of doubt, there is nothing to be said against a classic telephone call. Important: We take the time we need for each other.

Personal exchange on site

If the interview is successful and the good impression of your application is confirmed, we will invite you to a personal meeting at the respective location. Here you speak directly with your (potential) supervisor.

6.

Contract offer

If the on-site interview is also successful, things get serious. We will send you a contract offer. Of course, we will give you the time you need to check it at your leisure. And then, ideally, we look forward to your signature.

7.

Our preparations start

While you can simply look forward to your job at CAPERA after signing the contract, we start the preparations: for your (supervised) induction phase and the further planning of your career path at CAPERA.
