The renowned real estate service provider CAPERA gains Dr. Stefan Ollig as new CEO
- – Dr. Stefan Ollig takes over the position of CEO and brings with him many years of experience from leading companies such as Emeria Germany and Vonovia.
- – CAPERA is increasingly focusing on the management of residential portfolios and is pushing this course with ongoing digitalization projects.
- – Uwe Becker, as CPO, drives the optimization of processes and the technical development of the company.
Neu-Isenburg, 29 January 2025 – Dr. Stefan Ollig will join CAPERA Immobilien Service, one of Germany’s leading property managers, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 1 February 2025. The company is thus strengthening its position with an experienced and competent managing director from the property management sector in Germany.
At the same time, CAPERA announces that the realignment and focus on the administration and management of residential portfolios will be further advanced and underlined by current IT projects.
“We are delighted to have Dr. Ollig on board, a manager who is highly respected in the German real estate market and valued for his expertise and experience,” explains Dr. Matthias Wechner, CEO of the Austrian parent company ADOMO Group. “With this appointment, we are taking the next important step in our successful further development in the German property management market.”
“We will develop CAPERA into the leading quality platform for real estate services in the residential sector,” says Dr. Stefan Ollig, underlining the corporate strategy, adding: “CAPERA is already a strong partner for both institutional and private investors, and we will continue to develop this from a technical and technological perspective and with a deep understanding of service.”
Dr. Ollig was most recently on the Management Board of Emeria Germany, the German market leader for real estate services and part of Emeria Europe, also the market leader in Europe. Over the past four years, he has driven growth there and successfully implemented restructuring measures. Prior to that, he spent ten years at Vonovia in various management positions, always with a focus on real estate services.
At the same time, the CAPERA management team will be strengthened with Uwe Becker in the position of Chief Process Officer (CPO). Last year, Uwe Becker already began to play a leading role in developing the company into a new era. He will drive forward and implement the ongoing digitalization strategy and the optimization of company processes in the interests of CAPERA customers. “By consistently optimizing our processes and investing in digitalization, we will continue to be very well positioned in the future,” Uwe Becker is convinced.
The current Managing Director Hardy Hünich is leaving the company at his own request at the end of January to take up a new professional challenge.
