New direction for CAPERA: specialization as a sustainable property manager for residential properties for institutional clients

Following an intensive market analysis and in consultation with our customers and market participants, we have decided to realign our strategy. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the ADOMO Group, CAPERA Immobilien Service will focus specifically on the residential segment in future.

“The real estate market currently offers particularly attractive opportunities in the residential sector. The importance of stable and high-quality property management – in combination with ESG consulting and the use of technology and digitalization – is constantly increasing. This is where we see optimal opportunities to apply our expertise in a targeted manner and offer our clients innovative, sustainable and high-quality solutions. CAPERA Immobilien Service will therefore focus more strongly on the residential segment in future,” adds Hardy Hünich, Managing Director of CAPERA Immobilien Service.

Expansion of business in the residential segment and process optimization

We have a solid basis for expanding our business in the residential segment. We currently manage around 27,000 apartments and around 6,000 WEG/SEV units with a total of 2.1 million square meters of rental space across Germany. This includes ONE FORTY WEST in Frankfurt am Main, which we have managed as a condominium management company since November 2023.

Our aim is to grow with our long-standing clients, acquire new mandates and continuously expand our management portfolio. To achieve this, we are creating the necessary conditions internally and working intensively on transforming our processes. This not only enables us to offer our clients a better service, but also allows us to work more flexibly, which benefits everyone – including our employees.

Sustainable real estate management and TurnGreen

Another focus will be on sustainable real estate management. We see great need and great potential to expand our commitment in this area. To this end, ADOMO Group has developed TURN GREEN, a platform for the thermal and energy-efficient refurbishment of real estate portfolios.

With TurnGreen, we offer customized solutions for thermal-energy refurbishment – from minimal investments to comprehensive refurbishments of entire portfolios. This offering is designed to help achieve sustainable improvements in properties and prevent unrenovated properties from losing their profitability as stranded assets.
