Change in the shareholder structure of CAPERA Immobilen Service GmbH. ADOMO Deutschland GmbH has been the sole shareholder of our company since August 2023. For both customers and employees, this means that we will continue on our successful path. Dr. Matthias Wechner, CEO of ADOMO, also confirms this: “We are firmly convinced that our joint strategy of consolidating and expanding CAPERA as the quality leader among property managers on the German market will be successful.

ADOMO intends to strengthen its market presence in Germany in the long term by acquiring the shares.
